Learning Support Assistant – Friendly, Practical & Rewarding

This position runs Monday–Friday, term-time only (08:30–15:30) and offers competitive PAYE daily rates, along with guidance from experienced staff.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Guiding pupils through learning tasks

  • Offering encouragement and emotional support

  • Assisting teachers with planning and classroom organisation

  • Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning space

Essential checks:

  • Right to work in the UK (no Skilled Worker visas)

  • Clear and current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

  • Contactable references from recent employment

  • A warm, resilient and proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
