We’re working with brilliant primary and SEND schools across Southwark, Dulwich, Peckham, and beyond, who are looking for Learning Support Assistants who bring patience, empathy, and a sense of calm to the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs (SEND, SEMH, EAL)

Helping learners access the curriculum in a way that works for them

Building relationships that boost confidence, independence, and resilience

Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and parents to keep support consistent
Who we’re looking for:

Someone with experience supporting children or young people (school-based or beyond)

A calm, encouraging communicator with a flexible approach
-
SEND experience is a big plus - autism, ADHD, SEMH, or speech & language needs - but we also value willingness to learn

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
