Pay: £88–£115 per day (weekly PAYE pay – no umbrella faff!)

We’re on the hunt for a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly school in the BD5 area of Bradford.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils with additional learning needs in class and in small groups

Helping children feel confident, calm, and ready to learn

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create a nurturing environment

Bringing patience, positivity, and energy to every school day
What we’re looking for:

Experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise)
-
A calm, supportive approach – especially in busy classrooms

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping pupils thrive

SEND experience is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll support you to develop

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
