Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Bristol
Location: Central & Surrounding Bristol
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time preferred (part-time also considered)
Pay: £90–£100 per day
Protocol Education are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of schools in Bristol and the surrounding areas. We have opportunities in both mainstream schools and specialist provisions, supporting pupils at primary and secondary level.
These roles focus on working with students with a variety of additional needs, including:

Autism (ASD)
-
ADHD
-
Behavioural challenges / SEMH needs
-
Physical disabilities
-
Speech and language difficulties
Due to the nature of the students, full-time availability is preferred so that pupils have consistency and stability in their learning.
As an LSA, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs

Assist in creating safe, engaging, and inclusive classrooms
-
Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing behaviour positively
-
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, helping them to feel confident and understood

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
