We are working with a well-organised secondary school in Sunderland to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across KS3 and KS4. The school has clear behaviour systems and strong pastoral support, creating a structured and calm working environment.
This role would suit someone with previous experience, or someone from a youth work or care background looking to move into education.
