Learning Support Assistant
Are you someone who spots when a student is struggling and knows how to step in, quietly and effectively? This Learning Support Assistant role is all about helping pupils stay focused, confident and involved in their learning.
You’ll work alongside teachers and support staff to provide in-class support and targeted help where it’s needed most. This is a school that values consistency, relationships and teamwork, and support staff are a key part of that picture.
Daily pay: £90–£110
The role

Supporting learning in the classroom across subjects

Working with students who need extra guidance or reassurance

Helping maintain calm, productive learning environments

Supporting small-group or individual learning where needed

Working closely with SEN and pastoral teams

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
