Looking for a full-time role where you feel supported, valued, and properly looked after?
This Learning Support Assistant role in Romford offers weekly PAYE pay, free CPD and SEND training, long-term stability, and a dedicated Protocol consultant who’s on your side from day one. No umbrella companies, no being left in the dark, just the right school, the right support, and a role where what you do really matters.
Some roles are about turning up.
This one’s about being the calm, the encouragement, and the steady presence that helps a child believe they can.
We’re working with welcoming schools in Romford who are looking for full-time Learning Support Assistants to support pupils who just need a bit of extra help to thrive. You’ll be part of the classroom day in, day out, building trust, confidence, and those little lightbulb moments that make it all worth it.
What your days might look like
You’ll be supporting pupils either one-to-one or in small groups, helping them stay engaged, feel safe, and access learning in a way that works for them. That could be in a mainstream classroom, a SEND setting, or somewhere in between. No two days are the same, and that’s half the magic.
