✨ About the Role ✨
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to support students across various key stages. Your role will involve providing one-on-one and small-group support, assisting with learning activities, and ensuring all students feel valued and confident in their learning journey. You’ll play a key part in helping students achieve their best, both academically and personally.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), learning difficulties, and emotional needs
Helping students build academic and social skills in a positive and supportive environment
Assisting in the preparation of learning materials and adapting tasks for individual students
Supporting classroom management and encouraging positive behavior
Tracking student progress and providing feedback to the teacher
Fostering an inclusive environment where every student feels safe and supported

‍ About You ‍
We are looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
Is empathetic, patient, and able to build strong relationships with students
Has experience in an educational setting (ideal, but not essential)
Is proactive and keen to learn and grow within an educational role
Holds or is willing to work towards relevant qualifications in education (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
Experience working with SEN or SEMH students is a bonus but not required
