We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our welcoming primary school in Ealing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them access the curriculum and make progress in their learning.
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and ensuring all students are engaged and supported.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEND) or those requiring additional learning assistance, adapting resources and strategies as needed.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel encouraged and valued.
  • Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or in a similar role, ideally within a primary school.
  • A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a proactive approach to meeting the diverse needs of learners.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
