Protocol Education is searching for an experienced, dedicated, and ambitious TA& LSA that has an extremely supportive nature and has a science background. A candidate that is looking for rewarding work in an OFSTED ‘Good’ school in East London.
Responsibilities
- Working 1:1 or in small groups
- Supporting children’s behavioural and social development
- Supporting children with additional needs
- Supporting EAL students
- Liaising with the classroom teacher
The perfect candidate will be working with this school in the East London area focusing on each student’s learning progression, behaviour, and emotional needs. As an LSA at this school, you need to be able to actively listen, have adequate SEN training, knowledge of the school’s curriculum, and the ability to adapt and maintain professionalism when approaching all situations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
