Protocol Education are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants for a fantastic primary school within the LN13 Area.
There are a wide range of opportunities available ranging from supporting students on a one-to-one basis to supporting groups of up to 10 students on a day-to-day basis.
Your Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of our students, providing essential support and encouragement to help them overcome challenges and achieve their educational goals. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Offering one-on-one support to students, ensuring they have the necessary guidance to excel in their studies and develop crucial life skills.
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters positive relationships and boosts self-confidence.
- Monitoring and recording student progress, collaborating with the teaching team to assess and implement appropriate interventions.
- Emphasizing the importance of social and emotional growth, helping students to build resilience and cope with challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
