Learning Support Assistant - Rotherham
Protocol Education is currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant for supply work in Rotherham.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs and a passion for helping them reach their full potential.
### Responsibilities
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs
- Assisting the teacher with classroom management and lesson preparation
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teacher and parents
### Requirements
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
