A “good” Washington based secondary school has partnered with Protocol Education to recruit a passionate Learning Support Assistant for ongoing, full-time work.

The successful candidate will:

  • Preferably have experience of working with small groups of children.
  • Preferably have experience of working with pupils with SEND.
  • Be looking to have a positive impact on the lives of children.
  • A passion for education.
  • An ability to work as part of a closeknit team.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students.
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.

Successful applicants must also hold a DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to undergo relevant DBS checks.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
