Protocol Education are working with some fantastic Special Educational Needs schools in and around Kingston-upon-thames. We are looking for some creative, outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to become a part of the team and work as a Trainee Teaching Assistant. As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the classroom teacher and other members of support staff to support the students with their academic improvement and overcoming barriers and difficulties within their learning, all whilst learning how to be a great TA!  You will be required to work with the students in a classroom, in small groups and occasionally 1:1.


Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Pay Rate: £350 - £450 per week

The successful applicant will:

  • Have the relevant experience in Childcare (Working within a school setting, working in a nursery, Working in an outside school group)
  • Have the relevant experience working with Special Educational Needs
