We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Learning Support Assistant to support pupils at a Special Needs (SEN) School in the Hinckley area. They require someone who is passionate about working 1:1 in the classroom or in small groups when required to help pupils reach their full potential and engage in their learning to meet their EHCP targets.

Pupils are aged from 5-16 years (Primary and Secondary school) and are diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech and Lanaguage Difficulties (SpLD). This school are wanting educators who are willing to work with the support and teaching team, bringing confidence and a proactive approach to their role. The school also offer career progression in the teaching and support sectors to encourage and support their staff with their own ambitions and desired career opportunities e.g SEN Teacher, HLTA, Cover Supervisor, Head of Department, Autism trainer etc... 

Those who have childcare or care experience are ecouraged to still apply as training can be offered to those who would like to join the sector. Role: Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant

Times: Monday - Friday (term time only) 8.30-4pm (Mondays are to 5pm for updated training and briefing)

Salary: £350 - £450 per week

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
