I am currently working with a mainstream Secondary School in Hammersmith and Fulham. If you enjoy working in a more personal and intimate environment, this role would be ideal for you.

Working with a specific selection of pupils with additional support needs and/or intervention requirements. This role offers a small group and 121 interventions operating from within the mainstream schools.  If you are naturally influential in working with young people facing challenges, have good de-escalation and behaviour management and are patient with experience of working with special needs, particularly in working with behaviours that challenge then this role is ideal.

There is an opportunity to be part of a forward thinking and innovative team, who offer good support and development. It will be a challenge and you do need to be resilient and persistent and be able to face challenges head on and be confident and pro-active.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
