Behaviour Support Mentor - St Albans

 

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Hours: 8.30 - 3.30pm

Start date: Immediate start / January 2023

Do you live in St Albans or locally to this area and happy to commute here 5 days a week?

 

We are currently looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to come and join a lovely primary school in St Albans, Monday - Friday on a long-term basis. You will have the opportunity to go permanent if you really like the school. They educate students in KS1 - KS2 with Autism (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). They are a lovely, big, supportive school that have 'outstanding' ofsted report and are a great team to work with. You will be working in classes of around 8-10 students and there will be other TA's in the room with you as well as the class teacher. 

 

Ideal candidate:

 

- Experience working with children and young people

- Have SEND experience 

- Resilient and positive approach at all times

- DBS on the update service or happy to apply for one with us
