At these schools, you will get lots of support from the senior leadership teams and other LSA's in the classroom, along with the class teacher. You will have support and training when needed to be the best LSA you can be. Some of the students will have either autism, PMLD, SLD or challenging behaviours so this role could be good for someone who is looking to move from a care role, youth club role or nurseries. You will be expected to do personal care and the training will be provided.
