Learning Support Assistant - SEND

Location: Radlett, Hertfordshire

Hours: 9-4pm, Monday - Friday (3.30pm early Friday finish)

Start date: Immediate start / January 2023

We are currently working closely with a lovely big SEN primary school that educates students with autism and severe challenging behaviours. The classes are small of around 8-10 students and you will be working 1:1 with a key student. In this role you will have lots of help and support from the senior leadership team, the SEN TA's in the classroom and of course the class teacher. We are ideally looking for someone who already has SEN experience that has either been working closely with primary aged students, or comes from a care background that is happy to step into an LSA role in a SEND school and support children and young people.

Have you recently been studying ASD and passionate to now step into an SEN school for the rest of the academic year?

Are you working in a mainstream school but ready for a new challenge where no day is the same?

Do you live in Radlett or St Albans and have experience working with children in a nursery setting?

If you think this could be the next role for you that can change up your career and give you the best support possible to be the best LSA in Radlett, then please apply today to be considered. Successful candidates will be contacted in 3 working days. Please note you must be willinging to travel to Radlett or live locally to Radlett. There is free onsite parking for all staff members.
