Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants/Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and supportive SEND provision based in Basildon.
Our learners have a wide range of needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH), and more complex learning difficulties. Some pupils will also have an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP). Experience is a bonus, but not essential — what matters most is your compassion, positivity, and commitment to helping students thrive.
You’ll join a dedicated, welcoming team who work together to inspire, motivate, and support every young person. Building strong relationships and bringing a proactive, can-do attitude are key parts of the role.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

No previous SEND experience required — full training and ongoing support provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
