Protocol Education are working with a school in Siouth Gloucestershire who are looking to recruit a Learning Coach, to be a part of their inclusive team within the ever growing and dynamic organisation that provides education, outreach and intervention services.

You in the role:
- Keeping children safe following safeguarding procedures.
- Professional communication with parents/carers and colleauges.
- Facilitate pastoral and academic sessions and bespoke interventions with timetabled students.
- Lead pre-planned 1:1 sessions in school and various community centres.
- Liase with SENCo to support students need and matters relating to students access arrangements.
- Provide evidence of progress through daily trackers.
- A positive role model.
- Provide activites and learning that meet students needs and link to their strengths and interests.
- Identify barriers to learning and liase with teachers and pastoral team to over come them.
