We are seeking a Lead Cover Supervisor to manage cover lessons and ensure continuity in students’ learning. You will lead a small team of staff to maintain consistency and support a purposeful working environment across the school.

The role is pivotal in ensuring students continue to learn effectively in the absence of teachers, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of cover supervisors to manage cover lessons efficiently.

Ensure adherence to school procedures to maintain a consistent learning experience for students.

Build positive and effective working relationships at all levels.

Remain approachable, professional, and supportive while managing day-to-day cover requirements.

Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and, where necessary, external agencies.

Organise and prioritise tasks, showing initiative and flexibility to respond to changing circumstances.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
