KS2 Teacher - SEN

Currently looking to recruit a KS2 teacher who is confident in teaching upper KS2. This particular school is located in the Darlington area and it ofsted rated good with outstanding areas, they are looking for someone who is reliable, confident and commited to support children and preparing them for their transition into Secondary school. The students at this school supports students who hold EHCPs, it is important to have an understanding of ASC and PMLD.

Start date: ASAP

Term: Long term

Hours: Monday-Friday Full time

 

To apply for this role:

- Certificate in education or PGCE with QTS

- Previous experience teaching year 5 and year 6

- Good understanding of SEN, Particularly ASC and PMLD.

- A confident individual with good classroom management techniques 

- Effective feedback and reports to support development 

- Strong understanding of the UK Cirriculum
