KS2 Supply Teacher
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £130 to £190 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Flexible supply with long-term options
Start Date: September 2025
We’re looking for KS2 supply teachers to support friendly, well-run primary schools across Chesterfield. Whether you prefer the variety of day-to-day supply or want something longer term, you’ll be stepping into schools that value warmth, structure, and great teaching.
What you’ll be doing
• Delivering engaging KS2 lessons and following school plans
• Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or one-to-one
• Creating positive, structured learning environments
• Building great relationships with pupils and staff
• Keeping the classroom running smoothly when regular teachers are away
You’ll be great for this role if you:
• Hold QTS with KS2 teaching experience
• Can walk into a new classroom and settle it quickly
• Enjoy a challenge and know how to bring out the best in every pupil
• Balance big ideas with everyday kindness
• Are adaptable, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
