We’re on the lookout for a brilliant KS2 teacher who’s confident in the classroom and has a solid background in SEND and behaviour support. You’ll join a vibrant and committed team working across Rotherham primary schools—where no two days are the same, and flexibility is key.

Whether you're an experienced educator ready for a fresh start or a newer teacher looking to build your expertise in inclusive practice, we’ve got roles to match.

What you'll need:

  • QTS or equivalent

  • Strong classroom behaviour strategies

  • A background in SEND (think ASD, SEMH, ADHD or similar)

  • Enhanced DBS (or happy to get one)

  • Two recent, relevant references

  • Safeguarding training (ideally completed in the last 12 months)

  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting every child’s journey

  • Great communication with parents, staff, and external agencies

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging, structured learning to KS2 pupils

  • Using behaviour strategies to create a calm, safe learning environment

  • Working closely with support staff and SEND teams

  • Building trusted relationships with pupils and families

  • Tailoring learning to meet individual needs
