KS2 Primary Teacher

Job Duties:

- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Key Stage 2 students

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress

- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support where needed

- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the overall development and well-being of students

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Relevant degree in Education or related field

- Up-to-date knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and teaching methods

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in Key Stage 2

- Experience working with diverse student populations

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners

- Excellent classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or English as a Second Language (ESL)

- Experience with educational technology and online teaching platforms

Working Conditions:

- Temporary position with full-time hours

- Classroom-based teaching in a primary school setting

- Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and school leadership

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
