We are working with one welcoming primary school in Colchester that is seeking a qualified KS2 Teacher for a long-term placement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher looking for consistency, stability, and the chance to become part of a school team, rather than moving between settings.
The Role

Full teaching responsibility within Key Stage 2

Planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Supporting pupil progress and wellbeing

Working closely with colleagues and senior leadership
We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience teaching KS2
-
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
-
Reliable, professional, and committed approach

Passion for high-quality teaching and learning
Compliance Requirements
To be considered, candidates must have:

Two professional references

Enhanced DBS (sighted or on the Update Service)

Right to Work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
