Speak more than one language? Schools would love to hear from you.

We work closely with welcoming, vibrant primary schools across Bristol who are keen to work with multilingual support staff to help children feel confident, included and ready to learn.

Many of our schools support pupils who speak English as an additional language (EAL), and they truly value staff who can bridge language gaps, build trust and help children feel understood. Your language skills can make a real difference, whether that’s supporting learning in lessons, helping pupils settle into school life, or strengthening communication with families from a wide range of backgrounds.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, believes in inclusion, and wants to use their language skills in a meaningful, hands-on way within a school setting.
