An exciting opportunity awaits a passionate KS2 ECT to join a dynamic primary school in Shropshire. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to young learners, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons to meet the needs of primary school students.
  • Implement strategies to support the development and progress of pupils.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
  • Uphold the school's policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to foster positive relationships and support student development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification as an ECT.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to the educational development of young children.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the primary school curriculum.
  • Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create an inspiring learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
