Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons to meet the needs of primary school students.
- Implement strategies to support the development and progress of pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Uphold the school's policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
- Engage with parents and guardians to foster positive relationships and support student development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification as an ECT.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to the educational development of young children.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the primary school curriculum.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create an inspiring learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
