Job: KS1 Teaching Assistant in Basildon
We work with a school who are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hard-working team. They are looking to appoint a person who can use their own initiative and has a good understanding of inclusion in schools. The successful candidate will become part of a strong and enthusiastic team.

What to expect from the role:
- To support teaching and learning in the classroom
- To support children to make progress in all areas of the curriculum
- To enable children to develop independent learning skills
- To assist in the whole planning cycle and the organisation and preparation of resources.
- Working under guidance to implement work programmes for individual or groups which could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in particular areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
