The Role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in laying strong educational foundations during a pivotal stage in pupils' learning journeys. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, fostering a love of learning, and supporting every child to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with KS1 curriculum
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of transition programmes, supporting children as they move into Reception or from Reception to Key Stage 1 or 2
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
- Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space where every kid feels valued
The ideal candidate:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), relevant degree (usually a bachelor’s in education or a subject related to the one you’ll teach).
- Ability to plan, prepare and execute inclusive and engaging lessons in line
- Has experience in or a passion for teaching Key Stage 1,2
- Is committed to inclusive and inspiring teaching
- Has excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Works well as part of a team and builds strong relationships with pupils and families
