Key Stage 1 Teachers required for long term assignments

Are you looking for a long-term role in a KS1 class in Wakefield?

Are you an experienced or an Early Career Teacher looking to develop relationships with schools in Leeds?

At Protocol Education, we are hiring several motivated, inspiring KS1 teachers to work in a variety of different settings. With us, you can support the learning of KS1 pupils in a long-term role. You will be supported in your development of classroom management skills and teach children in KS1.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create an inclusive, nurturing and supportive environment for all children, including those with special educational needs and English as an additional language.
  • Deliver exciting, challenging and stimulating lessons which follow the KS1 curriculum.
  • Assess learning and if required, plan lessons which meet the requirements of the national curriculum.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.

 

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Clear and current DBS on the update service or the willingness to apply for one.
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience working in KS1.
  • A passion for the learning of children.
  • Excellent understanding of the national curriculum.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
