Year 2 Teaching Assistant - Islington

There is a leading school based in Kings Cross that is looking for a SEN Teaching assistant to support their Year 2 class on a full time, long-term basis.

The school is fairly new and has remarkable facilities and resources that are available for you to use. The school is located in the heart of the community, the local area is newly built, tidy and has great transport links nearby, the closest being Kings Cross & St Pancras station.

The school is a two form entry school with a strong core of pupils and staff members, they are one of the leading mainstream schools in the borough of Islington that we work with.

Role - You will be supporting a Year 2 class, two boys in particular with Special needs who need extra support.

Requirements - You must be available Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:00, long-term and full time.

You must have SEND experience whether professionally or in your personal life. You must also be able to travel to the Islington area.

The role is expected to start right away, if you do have a notice period please understand that the school are not in a position to wait and are looking to appoint the most suitable candidate as soon as they can.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
