Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
  • Assess and record students' progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with Key Stage 1 students
  • Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Specialist training in Early Years Education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
