Job Duties:

  • Teach and educate students in KS1 level
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons
  • Assess and track student progress
  • Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in KS1 level
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in KS1 level

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of child development
  • Ability to differentiate instruction
  • Classroom management skills
  • ICT proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Specialist training in teaching early years

Working Conditions:

Classroom setting, Full-Time hours, Temporary contract with possibility of extension.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
