KS1 Class Teacher – Part-Time (3 Days) – Sheffield
Protocol Education is working with a primary school in Sheffield seeking a committed and confident KS1 teacher to support a class with significant behavioural needs. This is a part-time role, three days per week, available immediately and continuing until the end of the academic year.
About the Role
You will take responsibility for a KS1 class where several pupils require additional behavioural support. The school is looking for an educator who can provide calm, consistent routines and deliver high-quality teaching that helps pupils feel safe, settled, and able to engage with learning.
Key Responsibilities

Teach the KS1 curriculum with a focus on stability, structure, and engagement

Implement effective behaviour management strategies tailored to individual needs

Work closely with SLT, SEND colleagues, and support staff

Maintain clear and consistent classroom routines

Foster positive relationships with pupils to encourage progress and independence

Candidate Requirements

UK QTS with experience in KS1

Strong behaviour management and a calm, professional approach

Pay Rate
£130 to £175 per day, depending on experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
