We have a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant in Barking & Dagenahm! Protocol Education are working with an SEN Primary school who are looking for someone to join their team and really make a difference.

The ideal candidate will have the desire to motivate and inspire young children, specificially those who have special needs and require extra attention. They must feel comfortable working 1:1 with with a KS1 or KS2 child or be able to manage a small group of children between the ages of 4-11. 

This is a chance to work in a school deemed 'outstanding' by Ofsted. The school is designed to create the best learning environment for SEN pupils including sensory rooms and a hydro pool. 

They mainly work with young children who have PMLD and Autism with a range of different needs. The school are happy to train assistants as long as they have some child or care experience and a positive attitude to learning. Graduates welcome! Each classroom will always have a minimum of 3 Assistant's and a Teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
