What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that make the KS2 curriculum meaningful and memorable.
- Creating a calm, purposeful classroom where every child feels seen and supported.
- Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Encouraging independence, creativity, and a love of learning that lasts well beyond the classroom.
- Contributing to the wider school community through enrichment activities and collaborative projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping children reach their full potential.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships across the school community.
- The ability to manage behaviour positively and maintain a supportive classroom culture.
- A reflective, adaptable teacher who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
