Rate: £90–£110 per day

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intervention Teaching Assistant to support pupils in an alternative provision setting. This role focuses on targeted intervention to improve engagement, behaviour and learning outcomes for pupils who have struggled in mainstream education.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured intervention sessions.

Support pupils’ emotional and behavioural development.

Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.

Help pupils develop positive routines and learning behaviours.

Monitor and record pupil progress.
Skills & Experience

Experience delivering interventions or supporting behaviour.

Confident and consistent approach to behaviour management.

Ability to build positive relationships quickly.

Commitment to inclusive education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
