The Role:

Deliver small group and 1:1 academic interventions in Maths and English

Support pupils who may be below age-related expectations or need additional reinforcement

Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to identify learning gaps and adapt strategies

Track pupil progress and provide regular feedback to teaching staff

Build strong relationships that boost pupil confidence and engagement
Ideal Candidate:
-
Previous experience delivering academic interventions in a primary setting
-
Confident supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
-
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
-
A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to learning support

A team player with good communication skills
-
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
