Are you passionate about helping pupils bridge learning gaps and build confidence?
A welcoming primary school in Ruislip is seeking an experienced Intervention Specialist LSA to deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions across KS1 and KS2.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves seeing measurable progress — the smile when a pupil finally “gets it,” the pride in achieving a personal target, and the satisfaction of knowing you made that difference.

You’ll be:

  • Delivering tailored interventions in Maths, Reading and Writing

  • Supporting pupils with mild SEND or learning delays

  • Using scaffolding, phonics, and visual learning strategies

  • Tracking progress and feeding back to teachers and the SENCo

  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and a positive attitude to learning

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience delivering targeted interventions (essential)

  • Strong subject knowledge in English and Maths

  • Positive, proactive, and relationship-driven approach

  • Ability to adapt to individual learning styles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
