A welcoming primary school in Ruislip is seeking an experienced Intervention Specialist LSA to deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions across KS1 and KS2.

You’ll be:

Delivering tailored interventions in Maths, Reading and Writing

Supporting pupils with mild SEND or learning delays

Using scaffolding, phonics, and visual learning strategies

Tracking progress and feeding back to teachers and the SENCo

Encouraging independence, confidence, and a positive attitude to learning

Experience delivering targeted interventions (essential)

Strong subject knowledge in English and Maths

Positive, proactive, and relationship-driven approach

Ability to adapt to individual learning styles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
