 Inclusion Support Officer 

Full-time

 

You’ll play a key role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and supporting the school’s behaviour and wellbeing provision.

A typical day might include:

  • Checking in with pupils who need extra support

  • Supporting behaviour plans and interventions

  • Working with pastoral leads to keep students engaged

  • Helping pupils regulate emotions and return calmly to learning

You’ll be perfect for this role if:

  • You’ve worked with young people who need structure and guidance

  • You’re confident, warm, and can stay calm under pressure

  • You’re good at spotting what a student really needs

Pastoral experience is a bonus, but the right attitude goes a long way.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
