Key responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils within classrooms and alternative learning spaces
- Helping students re-engage with learning and school routines
- Providing structured support during lessons and unstructured times
- Working closely with pastoral and SEND teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school or youth setting is preferred but not essential
- An interest in inclusion, student wellbeing, and behaviour support
- Ability to build professional relationships with pupils and staff
