We’re looking for an organised, committed team player to join a welcoming secondary school in London as an Inclusion Mentor.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering whole-school systems and strategies that support student engagement, positive attitudes to learning, and strong academic outcomes. You’ll work closely with staff and students, helping young people feel supported, motivated, and ready to succeed.

The school is a vibrant 11–19 setting with a strong focus on student wellbeing and achievement. Recently rated Good by Ofsted, it’s recognised as a friendly and inclusive environment where pupils are well supported and make good progress.

There’s a real sense of community here. Students are at the heart of everything the school does, and staff are genuinely valued. The leadership team is committed to supporting work–life balance and creating a positive, respectful workplace where people enjoy coming to work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
