Immediate Start Teaching Assistant

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work with pupils in lessons, help them stay on task and support teachers with classroom routines. Every day looks a little different, and you’ll quickly become an important part of the school community.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with classwork and group activities
- Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
- Helping with classroom setup and simple admin tasks
- Providing reassurance to pupils who need extra guidance
- Working alongside teachers and support teams
What you’ll bring
- Experience with young people, either in school or elsewhere
- A friendly, patient approach
- Good communication and teamwork
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
