Are you a qualified, passionate educator with QTS and a love for Geography and the wider Humanities? Here’s a chance to join an inspiring secondary school where your teaching makes a real impact, every single day.

This is a full-time, permanent role on the national pay scale, with a supportive leadership team, motivated students and a curriculum designed to challenge and delight.

Why This School Is a Great Place to Teach

A clear mission to help students succeed
The school’s mission is simple but powerful, to give every young person the best chance of success in life, academically and personally. Students are encouraged to dream big, work hard and be kind, as they climb the mountain towards achievement and confidence.

A broad, knowledge-rich Humanities offer
The Humanities faculty delivers a curriculum that champions critical thinking, global understanding and real-world perspectives. As a Geography specialist, you’ll help students explore physical processes, human environments and global issues, nurturing them to think like geographers and active citizens.

Deep engagement across Humanities subjects
While Geography will be your core focus, there are opportunities to contribute to other Humanities areas such as History and Philosophy, Religion & Ethics — enriching students’ sense of culture, context and ethical understanding.

Students who are eager to learn
Pupils here respond positively to high expectations and enjoy a calm, respectful learning environment. The school fosters a culture where hard work and academic curiosity are recognised and celebrated.

A collaborative, values-driven community
Colleagues work together in a supportive setting, united by a clear vision for growth and excellence. Professional development, shared curriculum planning and cross-trust networks help you thrive and grow as a practitioner.

You’ll Be…
