About the Role
Protocol Education is looking for an energetic, caring Holiday Camp Assistant to join the team at King Edward’s School in Bath for school holiday camp support.
You’ll play a key role in delivering fun, safe and engaging activities that make every child’s school holiday memorable. From sports and games to arts, crafts, and outdoor adventures, no two days are ever the same.
If you enjoy working with young people, thrive in a lively environment, and want to gain hands-on experience in education or coaching, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the planning and delivery of a variety of camp activities

Supervising groups of children, ensuring they’re safe, happy, and included

Helping to set up, tidy, and organise activity spaces
-
Encouraging teamwork, confidence, and creativity in every child
-
Working closely with camp leaders and other assistants to keep the day running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Ideal experience in one or more of the following:

Sports coaching
-
PE teaching
-
Holiday camps
-
Teaching Assistant or classroom support roles
You’ll also bring:

Enthusiasm and energy to engage young people

Reliability, communication skills, and a sense of fun

A positive attitude and willingness to muck in
Bonus points if you have:

First Aid training
-
Experience leading small group sessions
-
A desire to continue working during future school breaks

Times: Full camp days (exact hours TBC)

Pay: Competitive rates based on experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
