HLTA – Primary School (Hayes)
Location: Hayes, Greater London
Pay: £110–£160 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Start Date: ASAP
Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to take on more responsibility in a thriving primary school?
We’re looking for a confident, proactive HLTA to support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a welcoming Hayes primary school.
Role Overview:

Deliver small group and whole-class lessons in line with teacher planning

Support targeted interventions and pupil progress
-
Work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to raise attainment

Provide cover in the absence of teachers

Foster a positive, engaging learning environment
Requirements:

HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)

Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills

Experience working across primary year groups
-
Available full-time and ready to start immediately

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
