Location: Hayes, Greater London
Pay: £110–£160 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to take on more responsibility in a thriving primary school?
We’re looking for a confident, proactive HLTA to support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a welcoming Hayes primary school.

Role Overview:

  • Deliver small group and whole-class lessons in line with teacher planning

  • Support targeted interventions and pupil progress

  • Work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to raise attainment

  • Provide cover in the absence of teachers

  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills

  • Experience working across primary year groups

  • Available full-time and ready to start immediately
