You’ll be working closely with teachers to deliver tailored lessons, support small groups, and provide 1:1 interventions that really make a difference.

What the role involves:

  • Leading lessons in the teacher’s absence

  • Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs

  • Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to adapt learning

  • Creating a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds HLTA status (or has equivalent experience)

  • Brings patience, adaptability, and a caring approach

  • Has experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable but not essential)

  • Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff alike
