What you’ll be doing:

Planning and delivering engaging History lessons in line with the UK secondary curriculum

Marking work and providing constructive feedback to support pupil progress

Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Inspiring students through strong subject knowledge and creative teaching strategies

Working collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school priorities

Reflecting on practice and actively engaging in professional development
You’ll need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Strong subject knowledge and expertise in History

Experience planning, delivering, and marking lessons at secondary level (or a strong willingness to develop)

Confident classroom and behaviour management skills

A proactive, reflective approach to teaching

A genuine passion for education and student success
